We respect your privacy. This page explains what data the Sportik app collects and why.

Data we collect

• Account data: name and email received when you sign in with Apple or Google.
• Profile data: sex, age, height, weight, goal, fitness level, workout schedule.
• Progress data: workouts, meals, water, weight, body and food photos, awards, and your conversation with the AI coach.
• Subscription information: status and expiration (payments are processed by Apple; we never see your payment details).

Why

• To calculate calorie, macro and water targets, and to choose your program and forecast.
• To sync your progress across devices.
• To analyze food photos and descriptions and answer in the chat using AI.
• To send reminders, which are scheduled on your device.

Third parties

Data is stored on cloud infrastructure (Cloudflare). Only after your explicit consent in the app, food photos, dish descriptions, coach messages and body data (sex, age, height, weight, goal, calorie target) are sent to Google Gemini via Vercel AI Gateway (fallback: Anthropic Claude) solely to generate a response. You can withdraw consent in Profile → “AI features”. Subscriptions are handled by Apple and RevenueCat. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.

Your rights

You can erase your progress (Profile → Start over) or permanently delete your account and all data from the server right in the app (Profile → Delete account). Data is kept while your account exists. Questions: kashebaev@icloud.com.

Children

The app is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Sportik is not a medical device. Consult a doctor before starting workouts or changing your diet.
